Men's Trips

Men need their tribe too. Men's camps in Tanzania and Thailand: brotherhood, adventure and conversations you come back from stronger.

What's this about?

It's the same story every time: women have their circles, retreats, support and communities. And men? Men are expected to just handle it. Alone. Quietly. No weakness, no support, no space for real conversation.

That's why these men's camps exist. Not therapy, not coaching, not a shamanic circle with songs and candles. No hand holding, no moon affirmations, no drifting into toxic spirituality. Just real life.

This is a space for men who want to:

  • feel real brotherhood, no pretending
  • have honest conversations with other men, without judgment
  • find people who actually get you
  • see how men live in different cultures around the world
  • experience something that connects more than a thousand coffee chats
  • understand themselves better in relationships and handle their emotions
  • become a calmer, steadier, healthier partner

No theory. No gurus. No aura work. Just men doing real things the way men do them, and coming back stronger.

Tanzania

The men's trip to Tanzania is a ten-day workshop I run personally, in person, not an organized tour with a guide and a checklist of checkpoints. We start in Arusha, at the foot of Mount Meru, where the group gets to know each other and settles into Tanzania's rhythm, and we finish in Zanzibar.

The route runs through Lake Natron, a shallow, alkaline lake with a raw, moonlike landscape that works on your mind all by itself. From there, a night trek up Ol Doinyo Lengai, one of the most active carbonatite volcanoes on Earth: steep slopes in the dark and a sunrise at the summit that rewards every step. Along the way, an authentic encounter with a Maasai village, one of Africa's most recognizable cultures: tradition, dance, and conversations about life beyond the tourist filter. Then Materuni waterfall, hidden in tropical greenery, with a coffee workshop from picking the beans to tasting them, and the crystal-clear Chemka springs, fed by underground rivers from Kilimanjaro, where the group recovers and bonds. The finale is white sand, turquoise water, and the caves of Zanzibar.

The goal is simple: brotherhood that's built in real situations, not in a workshop room; contact with the real Africa, not its tourist version; breaking through your own physical and mental barriers (a night trek up an active volcano shows you're capable of more than you thought); and a moment of cleansing in the waterfalls and hot springs that sends you home with new energy and calm. No therapist, no coach with a microphone, no minute-by-minute personal development schedule, just my own program that I lead personally for the entire workshop.

Spots are very limited, and I set the exact dates on an ongoing basis. Message me on WhatsApp to ask about the next workshop and find out exactly what's included.

Thailand

The men's trip to Thailand is a survival-and-adventure workshop that I run on two different dates, so everyone can fit it into their calendar. It has a different rhythm than Tanzania: more exploration and island ease, less raw terrain, but still without any tourist gloss.

We start in Bangkok: temples, exploring the city by bike, night markets full of food and people, cooking Thai food together from scratch, but also its less obvious side, a walk through the famous, controversial nightlife districts that show a different face of the city than the one from tourist brochures. In the evenings, rooftop parties overlooking the whole city, the first shared conversations that get deeper as the trip goes on.

From there we head into the jungle: daily muay thai training, survival elements, waterfalls deep in the forest, ice baths as mental resilience training, and meeting elephants at an ethical sanctuary, not in a circus show.

Finally, we switch to island life: Koh Samui and the surrounding islands, white beaches, warm water, and a horseback ride on the beach at sunset, a moment that surprisingly many guys remember most vividly from the whole trip. Horses sense a person's emotional state differently than people do, which is exactly why that one ride can open up more than plenty of conversations.

This is a camp for men who want to combine adventure with real conversation: training, discipline, and wild terrain alongside food, parties, and evenings that bond the group more than plenty of beers back in Poland. Conversations between guys who share a room, food, and exhaustion for a couple of weeks go a lot deeper than a casual acquaintance.

Just like in Tanzania, the group is small, and I set the dates on an ongoing basis. Message me on WhatsApp for the exact dates of the next Thailand trip and program details.

Co-ed trips

Because a man's growth doesn't stop with other men, there are also co-ed trips. They bring together the masculine and feminine perspective, showing how we can complement each other, support each other, and build relationships without pretending, fighting, or trying to “win”.

Important: this isn't a gathering of bitter men who hate women. It isn't a movement against anyone. It's a space for people who want to live smarter, more honestly, and more calmly, together.
